The End Zone Special Teams Players Club Membership
* For Ages 3 years to 16 years
* Will Receive special consideration for autographs 
* No ticket required for autographs 
* Among the first in autograph line
* Qualify for special drawings and prizes during the 2007 football season. (be sure to complete form each week you are present for weekly drawings)
* Membership recognized with the purchase of the

 t-shirt  $8.00 for child sizes $16.00 for adult sizes.
(t-shirt must be worn or brought each week as membership id)

* The profit from the t-shirts will be donated to Dreams Come True.

 The End Zone Special Teams Players Club  Members  ages 3-16  must wear or bring their Dream t-shirt to The End Zone Live from Sneakers  Sports Grille Show and must be present for member privileges.

Entry form must be completed each week present to  be entered in special drawings.
